Super lush and extremely delicious cheesecake, divine brownie base and you only need 3 ingredients for the cheesecake!

Really easy to make and you can also make it with biscuit base, I made pretty small but high cake only 4.7 inch so if you want to make example 9.5 inch cake just double the recipe!

75 grams (2.6 oz) vegan dark chocolate
1/2 dl (1/4 cup) vegan butter
1 dl (1/2 cup) sugar
1/2 dl (1/4 cups) applesauce
1 tbsp cacao flour
1 dl (1/2 cup) flour
Pinch of salt

Line your 4.7 inch round cake tin with baking paper and preheat oven to 175c 350f. Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan, mix in sugar and apple sauce. Add flour, cacao and salt and mix until fully combined. Spoon the batter into the lined tin, making sure you get into the edges and cook for 20 min, let it cool down completely.

Chocolate cheesecake:
150 g (5.2 oz) vegan cream cheese
150 g (5.2 oz) dark chocolate
2 dl (3/4 cup) vegan whipping cream or cream of coconut

Whip cream with electric mixer until fluffy, mix in the cream cheese. Melt chocolate and fold in, when combined pour on top of the brownie base and place into fridge for 3 hours or more. Enjoy with fresh berries.
